Alert Valley Metro® 3.0.0

The Alert Valley Metro® Safety and Security App provides riders with a convenient and discreet way to report safety and security concerns directly to the police. With this app, users can easily send photos, six-second videos, text descriptions, and locations of suspicious people or activities. The home screen offers two simple options for contacting the police:

• The "Report an Issue" button allows users to send text or photos directly to the police. To ensure privacy, the camera flash is automatically disabled when taking photos through the app. Users can select locations and report categories to assist the police in their response. If desired, reports can also be sent anonymously.
• The "Call 911" button connects customers directly to the police.

This application is designed to operate reliably even in areas with poor signal strength. If a report is sent from an area without cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity, it will be stored and sent once connectivity is restored. Additionally, text descriptions are prioritized over photos to provide police with immediate information.

Additional Features:

• BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts: Alert Valley Metro may display alerts from the police regarding specific persons of interest. These alerts could include information about missing persons or children and their last known locations. If you encounter a person matching a BOLO alert, immediately call 9-1-1 and discreetly submit an app report.
